2015 Annual Conference: A Focus on PK-12 Education Policy
In 2015, the Georgia Grantmakers Alliance held its Annual Conference at Middle Georgia State University in Macon. The theme of the meeting was “The Challenge Continues: Georgia Grantmakers’ Role in Shaping PK-12 Education Policy.” Through speakers and discussions among grantmakers, GGA members explored the complex issues surrounding education in Georgia, the broad range of perspectives on how to best ensure all of Georgia’s children are prepared for success, and how grantmakers can best support and promote quality education in their state.
