2013 Biannual Summer Meeting: Challenges in Georgia's Education System
The Georgia Grantmakers Alliance held its seventh gathering on August 15th in Macon, GA. Seventy grantmakers from around the state came together for thought-provoking discussions and presentations. Expert panelists and presenters provided an overview of the challenges facing post-secondary education - both nationally and statewide - related to access, affordability, completion, delivery and quality, as well as information on strategic innovations that are being proposed to address these challenges.
