2012 Biannual Summer Meeting: Education Innovation in Georgia: Tinkering or Transforming?

The Georgia Grantmakers Alliance held its fifth gathering on Thursday, August 16th in Macon, Georgia. The meeting agenda explored how private philanthropy can best leverage its assets to support effective education innovation and ensure a quality education for all children in the state. Participants had the opportunity to hear from and chat with an impressive cadre of field experts. With more than 70 attendees, the day was filled with informative presentations, powerful discussion, and insightful questions.
